Play/Connect - Andrew Cain
“We don't stop playing because we grow old. We grow old because we stop playing.”
George Bernard Shaw
If we stop playing and exploring, we lose an important part of ourselves. You don’t have to be extroverted, funny or quick-witted. It is an invitation to practice being yourself and enjoy rediscovering your playfulness and spontenaeity.
- “I really liked the group positivity. Everyone was so patient and fun.”
- “This has been so brilliant.”
- “It works surprisingly well on here - good stuff!”
- “Nice to be silly and really happy to know we can even do this online.”
If you can’t come to the events I’ve already scheduled you can hear about future ones by joining my email list at http://playconnect.co.uk
You can see a short talk I gave on using play as a way to practise acting without knowing on YouTube here.
I look forward to seeing you at a session soon.
Andy
